ArtBySvet.<\/strong>com Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Right of withdrawal:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Customers of “Art by Svet” have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

– To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email to contact@artbysvet.com with details of the order, including order number and date of receipt.<\/p>\n

2. Return Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The products must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use, with all labels, packaging and accompanying documents (if any).<\/p>\n

– Products that are damaged, used or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

– Caricatures and Portraits are not exchangeable or returnable because they are specifically created for the client’s needs and have been discussed with the client several times in the drawing process.<\/p>\n

3. Return procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your return.<\/p>\n

– If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded in the manner in which payment was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.<\/p>\n

4. Return costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.<\/p>\n

– We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service or purchase insurance for your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned products.<\/p>\n

5. Defective products:<\/strong><\/p>\n
