1. Right of withdrawal:
– Customers of “Art by Svet” have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.
– To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email to [email protected] with details of the order, including order number and date of receipt.
2. Return Policy:
– The products must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use, with all labels, packaging and accompanying documents (if any).
– Products that are damaged, used or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
– Caricatures and Portraits are not exchangeable or returnable because they are specifically created for the client’s needs and have been discussed with the client several times in the drawing process.
3. Return procedure:
– Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your return.
– If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded in the manner in which payment was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
4. Return costs:
– The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
– We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service or purchase insurance for your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned products.
